Is Ruffhouse really free for renters?+

Yes. Searching, saving, messaging and reviewing are all free. Owners pay a flat subscription.

How do I pay for my stay?+

Directly with the owner, using whatever method you both agree on. There is no checkout on Ruffhouse in this phase.

Are the calendars accurate?+

Owners sync their Airbnb, VRBO and Google calendars at least hourly, so booked dates are hidden from date searches.

Can I trust the reviews?+

Reviews can only be left for confirmed stays and every review is moderated before it's published.
